Linens and departure cleaning are not
provided are not included in the above rates.
Vehicles must display a parking permit, or they may be towed. Upon arrival, please place parking permit in vehicle windshield. When departing, please return parking permit to dining table.
Boat slips are for the use of owners only. For a fee paid to the onsite property manager, guests can enjoy unlimited use of the boat ramp for launching and removing their vessels.
Check in time is 3:00 PM, and checkout time is 11:00 AM.
NO SMOKING permitted in the Unit, and NO PETS allowed on the premises.

Beach access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean is conveniently located just access the road in front of the office.
Picnic areas are available for your enjoyment. Grills and cookouts are not allowed on the balconies, on the sidewalk areas, or in the pool courtyard area.
Because room or maid service is not provided, no one will enter the Unit except in the case of an emergency.
Absolutely, no pets allowed on the premises, and no smoking permitted in the Unit.
Please report any disturbances to the onsite property manager. They will make every effort to correct the situation and have your stay enjoyable.
Vehicles must display a parking permit, or they may be towed. Upon arrival, retrieve parking permit from dining table and display in vehicle.
Quiet hours exist between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Visitors will not be permitted during these hours.
Due to safety concerns, glass bottles and containers are not allowed outside the room or at the pool.
A sink is located at the boat dock for cleaning fish, shrimp, and other seafood. Please do not clean seafood in the Unit.
Please wash, dry and put away all dishes before departing. Please bag all trash and place in the dumpster located at the rear of the property.
Please turn off all lights, television, coffee maker, and air conditioning before departing.
Please check for all of your personal belongings, return parking permit and key to the dining table, and lock the door behind you.
